Today, while i was working, i met a hilarious thing and i met an unreasonable customer. Lolz. Let's lighten up the spirit for awhile. So i would start about the hilarious topic.
As i work in the polyclinic, i would receive queue numbers, folders and details of the patients, so while working, i came across a queue number which wrote "wrong sex". I was sorta aroused, but i knew it was wrong gender so i read it aloud. It was so coincidentally that shi min was nearby and she heard that word, and she said "wrong sex" loudly. She sorta said something which is regarding to sex;not gender. I heard it and chided her. She denied it. Anyway, it's nothing lah. I just find it hilarious that when i heard her saying about sex. Anyway, it would be an illogical thinking if u think of wrong sex, not in terms of gender. How can u have wrong sex?? OMG!!! If u do, either u r drunk or u r a whore or i dont know what the hell u r doing. Is there wrong sex in this world?? Yes, i think so, but it's rare in the asia. I'm not sure whether in the european countries, america and others too. Lolz. Who cares.
Besides that, when i was about to knock off, there came a last customer who came from China. She doesnt know how to speak english, or u can say she cant speak english fluently. Her vocabulary is very limited. Since is was 4+, she cant choose doctors, so she was left with an Indian doctor. She refused to see a non-chinese doctor. The counter told her that the nurse can translate for her. But still she refused. She kept blabbering. Therefore, the counter was kinda fed up and asked her profusedly whether she wants to see a doctor. However, she ignored her question and kept blabbering about her child health and how bad is singapore atmosphere. I can understand that the mother is worrried for her child's health, but please you are wasting all the staff time when you are not answering the question. Because, if she doesnt answer that question and in the end she agreed to see the Indian doctor, we have to trace her file. And if we cant find the file, we would have to work overtime which we all dun wish to. This is not the only unreasonable patient i met.
I had also met another one with enquiries about her payment. However, that time was still busy hour, so i didnt listen attentively so i would not really know what's happening. I only knew that she kept arguing with the counter, not wanting to give in.Haiz.
I was also advised not to sit at the counter place where money is located. If the counter found out that the money collected doesnt tally, they can anyhow maligned people. OMG. Thus, those who were being alleged of stealing money might lose their job. I think that's very unreasonable if they dont find to the truth. I was being advised because i was sitting at that counter. lolz. Thus, i have to pray that the money tallies for today accounts. Lolz. If not i would be losing my rice bowl. Furthermore, if i got sacked, i have to compensate. haiz. Pray hard. Lolz.
